    Making Jelly
Today in our science experiment we observed the different states of matter - solid, liquids and gases - whilst creating jelly.
Here is an example of the different states of matter we observed:

{liquid.JPG} When the jelly crystals dissolved into the water, we were left with only a liquid. It is a liquid because it
has a definite volume, but takes the shape of its container.
{Steam.JPG} The water evapourated into a gas. It is a gas because has not definite volume or shape.
